Danielle contacted me after seeing a friend’s family portraits. It had been a while since they had a family session and she wanted to capture the family before the oldest, Ainsely went away to college. We met at Cromwell Valley Park in Towson, MD on a fall evening for their session. This is a place that was important to them as a family so it was fun to explore the park with them.

We met this wonderful family through church. A lot of our kids line up in age so they’re in small groups together and have grown close. You never know what the weather in April will bring so we were so thankful for the sun and blooming trees.
I met the Carlson Family and their adorable little boy Brooks at golden hour on the farmhouse side of Hampton Mansion National Historic Site. It was a beautiful fall evening. Brooks was full of personality and enjoyed exploring the grounds.
What a beautiful evening at Loch Raven Reservoir with the Hubbard Family. It was freezing but we made the most of our time together. The light was filtering through the trees and provided a wonderful backdrop for our session.
